Ecommerce Product Catalog Management

The E-commerce Product Data Entry project is designed for BPO service providers to support online retailers in managing and maintaining their digital product catalogs. The scope of work includes creating and updating product listings with accurate titles, short and long descriptions, pricing details, SKUs, attributes, categories, and high-quality images across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, and custom portals.

The project requires strict attention to detail, adherence to data quality standards, and compliance with platform-specific guidelines. BPO teams are responsible for bulk uploads, product validation, error correction, and regular updates to ensure consistency and accuracy across listings. Performance is monitored through quality checks, turnaround time, and accuracy metrics, making this a scalable and long-term project suitable for both small and large BPO operations.

Target: Each FTE is required to process 75 products per day with 100% data accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards and platform guidelines.
