Akontec Back Office Support offers a structured lead generation and conversion project focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting potential prospects into registered BPO partner sign-ups. The project involves end-to-end back-office support activities, including data research, lead profiling, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified partners.
The primary objective of this project is to convert verified leads into confirmed BPO partner sign-ups for Akontec. Each assigned Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) is responsible for meeting a minimum performance target of five (5) successful partner sign-ups per month, ensuring measurable productivity and clear performance benchmarks. Leads are generated through approved channels and systematically nurtured through structured communication and follow-up processes.
Akontec provides defined workflows, training, scripts, and performance monitoring to support the team in achieving targets. Regular reporting, quality checks, and performance reviews are conducted to maintain transparency and optimize conversion rates. This project is ideal for teams with strong communication, data handling, and relationship-building capabilities.
The engagement is designed to be scalable, with the flexibility to increase volumes and targets based on performance outcomes.
